This committee will seek ways to improve communication between the board, various

committees, and our residents.

The Voting Committee will evaluate how the HOA conducts the voting process and the rules by which elections are governed.

This committee will evaluate the governing documents of our HOA which are the Bylaws,

Covenants and the Rules and Regulations with an eye towards providing greater visibility into

board decisions and enhanced community input on issues that affect individual homeowners.

This committee will evaluate Covenant changes needed to allow residents to accommodate

parking their family vehicles on their property.

The community’s open space is a valuable resource for all residents to enjoy and the people in charge of this space are doing a great job of maintaining it. This committee will define a long-term plan aimed at ensuring the continued viability of the space.
