We are a group of concerned Gleneagle residents seeking solutions to improve our community and maintain integrity. We are NOT the Gleneagle Civic Association board and created this website as a response to the GCS board's petition to the Courts to overturn the vote of the community.
This is the form you need to fill out. Please download and print it, fill it out, and sign it. You need to fill in the name and address fields in the “filed by” block on the upper left of the page. The phone number and email fields are optional, but recommended if you are willing to provide them. You then need to print your name, sign and date the bottom of the page.
We are providing you with an opportunity to markup the revised covenants, the proposed amendment regarding short-term rentals, the bylaws, and the current rules/regulations with your comments and suggestions for modifications. The objective is to allow us to identify areas of particular concern so that we can (a) better respond to the Board's questions about things required to successfully pass the revisions, and (b) form committees to hash out compromise positions on areas where multiple people feel work needs to be done.
