RECALL Meeting- Your Vote Is Important!
PLEASE READ! This update contains important information regarding the recall of the GCA HOA Board!
With the help of several of your neighbors, the UNITE group recently submitted a petition to the GCA Board to trigger a recall vote. The GCA Board has now placed an announcement on the GCA HOA website announcing the recall meeting will occur at 6 PM on Tuesday September 15that Antelope Trails Elementary. We encourage everyone to attend and vote on this important decision! If the recall is successful, new board members will be elected to fill the vacant positions.
The UNITE team has identified 5 homeowners that have volunteered to replace the current board and serve as an interim board for the next several weeks to ensure a successful and transparent election is held at the end of this year. This interim board will only serve until the election and then will vacate their seats and allow the election to determine our next board.
We have attached a flyer that answers some common questions about this process as well as to introduce you to our interim board candidates. If you are unable to attend the special recall meeting please print and fill out a proxy (Page 4 of the document linked below) and we will pick it up and bring it to the meeting to ensure your vote is counted.
