The Voting Committee will evaluate how the HOA conducts the voting process and the rules by which elections are governed. We would like to modernize these procedures to potentially include an online voting procedure and to ensure that all voting is private. We will also look at what quorums should be required for different ballot measures such as board decisions and changes to our governing documents.
