Status Update | May 5, 2026
Just a brief status update. We now have over 150 people on this mailing list, many of whom either already have neighbors/friends prepared to sign a petition, or are willing to help canvas the neighborhood for support. It is taking a little longer than we had hoped to prepare the necessary paperwork and work out the logistics, especially as we are trying to avoid paying a large number of filing fees to the court.
We hope to have all the ducks in a row by the end of the week, at which point we will rollout the signature wagon!
Meantime, please do remember to pass along your specific concerns regarding the revisions. We’ve heard from a few of you and are working ourselves to identify where some further work needs to be done. Once we get the petition completed, this will probably become a priority.
